I am a qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with extensive experience in the prevention, assessment, and treatment of sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. My expertise in sports massage therapy enables me to apply a wide range of advanced techniques including deep tissue massage, Trigger Point Therapy, myofascial release, soft tissue manipulation, Muscle Energy Techniques and corrective strategies which are designed to relieve pain, restore function, and optimize physical performance.
With a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and pathology, I tailor every treatment to the unique needs of the individual, whether it’s for injury rehabilitation, post training recovery, or ongoing maintenance. My approach goes beyond symptom relief, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of dysfunction to promote long-term musculoskeletal health and resilience.
In addition to my sports massage qualifications, I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, Level 5 Sports Nutrition, Level 3 Exercise Referral, and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning, alongside specialist certifications in Circuit Training, Kettlebell Instruction, Studio Cycling and Mental Health First Aid. This multidisciplinary background allows me to deliver a comprehensive service that integrates manual therapy with corrective exercise, performance conditioning, and nutritional support.
By combining hands on treatment with evidence based exercise prescription and lifestyle guidance, I support clients in recovering from injury, enhancing mobility, and reducing the risk of recurrence. My goal is to help every individual return to activity stronger, more mobile, and better equipped to perform at their best whether they are recovering from a sports injury, managing a chronic condition, or striving to improve athletic performance.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through strength training, running, and cycling. I’m passionate about hiking and exploring the outdoors, and I like keeping up with the latest research in sports science and nutrition. In my downtime, I enjoy cooking, reading, and spending time with friends and family. This balance helps me stay energised and bring fresh perspectives to the care I provide.
