The AZ Fitness Sports Injury Clinic is conveniently located inside Evolution 24/7 Gym in Houghton Le Spring. You’ll find us towards the back of the gym, in a quiet and private space designed for your treatment and recovery.
Please note, entry to the gym requires a security code and biometric access, so contact us before your appointment and we’ll ensure you are let in upon arrival. There is ample free parking available at the rear of the gym, making access easy and convenient for all clients.
